Urban Decay

As Senior Designer at Industrial Color, I helped lead the visual direction for multiple Urban Decay digital campaigns. Leaning into their beauty with an edge mantra, we crafted concepts across e-mail, paid social, SMS and web to create a presence that is unmistakably them - loud and rebellious.

Urban Decay collaborated with illustrator Robin Eisenberg to create a holiday collection centered around her signature alien babe universe.

Our design approach fused Robin’s illustrations with layered, grunge-inspired collage textures, blending her style seamlessly into Urban Decay’s edgy visual identity.

For the re-launch of the cult classic Naked Minis eyeshadow palettes, we created a digital rollout that gave each palette its own personality.

We built out a playful, nostalgic visual world for every mini - taking inspiration from ‘90s teen magazines for collage-like elements and
a personality quiz landing page ripped straight out of a notebook.

From stills to motion, we designed and planned 80+ assets per month for their Instagram feeds on launch and evergreen content.

As design lead, I pushed their visual identity of collage to the max and ensured that all assets delivered from the team were cohesive in messaging, as well as visually pleasing on the grid.
